A Washington, D.C. based boutique law firm with a national presence has an immediate opening for an attorney with 2-5 years’ substantive real estate transactional experience.
The candidate should be interested in a broad exposure to commercial real estate matters including drafting and negotiating complex documents relating to commercial leasing (landlord and tenant), acquisition and disposition of properties, and financing/loan transactions (for lenders and borrowers). Candidate should have experience coordinating due diligence reviews (including title and survey) and closings.
